We offer help and advice and support for those with a care need or those who want to plan ahead. Our role is to do whatever it takes to ensure that the person who has a care need, and their family, achieve the correct type of care, that it gets funded in the correct manner and that the outcomes are sustainable and fair. We treat all our clients as if they are a family member, and our pioneering approach focuses on assisting the vulnerable and their relatives who need help.
It all started back in 2004 when it became clear that Elizabeth's own Grandma, Gladys could no longer cope living on her own, following the death of her husband Andrew some years earlier.
Together with the rest of her family, Elizabeth undertook the daunting task of finding and funding a suitable care home for her. Due to her needs and complexities it took over 3 years and nearly 80 care home assessments to finally get Gladys settled.
She lived very happily at her
new home for a further 9 years until her peaceful death at 93 years old. Elizabeth
knew then that families couldn’t be left to go through the same things that she
had. So, in 2007 the business was set-up to co-ordinate all the aspects of
care, from helping to find the right type of care, to getting the right type of
funding (as well as financial advice) and we’ve been doing it ever since.
